FaceBook Group

There is a Facebook/Meta group for Owners called "Barqueta Nice Owners" that is appropriate for sharing information among property owners. That group page is not HOA specific. To be granted access, you must answer the questions presented (scroll down that screen to see all of the questions).
RULES OF CONDUCT:

1. Free to express opinions, suggestions, etc. If you have a “complaint”, then offer a
   reasonable solution.
2. If you have a complaint about any person or business, then go directly to the person
   and express your feelings, not here!
3. Always be Respectful. Be Kind and Courteous! We are neighbors, after all.
4. Everyone should feel safe. Bullying of any kind is not allowed. Comments about things like race, religion, culture, sexual orientation, gender or identity will not be tolerated.
5. No foul language.
6. Be good neighbors! Be happy. That is why we invested in this beautiful community!
7. Anyone who violates any of these rules will be warned at the discretion of the
   Administrator(s).  Offending posting may be removed, and ultimately the account may be removed from the group if the issue persists.
   Zoom meetings have been held to discuss topics of common interest. To see or hear some prior Zoom meetings, the replays are available.
