For the peace, tranquility, and security of all Residents, we abide by the following GOOD NEIGHBOR practices:

  1. Owners must provide gate access authorization for guests, workers, and suppliers. Worker and supplier hours are limited to 7a.m.-5 p.m. Monday—Saturday. No workers on Sundays or holidays. All vehicles without an owner's sticker will be stopped & logged.
  2. Speed limit is 40 kilometers per hour. Slow down! We're on Beach Time!
  3. Vehicles must park off the road but not on the rocks (utility lines). North side of the street only.
  4. Residents must respect common areas and be responsible for actions, damages or harm caused by themselves, dependents, guests, or tenants.
  5. Fences are allowed. (Restrictions can be found in the Rules of Construction)
  6. Pets should be on a leash when walked. Please pick up their waste.
  7. Written notification to the Board of Directors is required by owners who transfer (sell) or rent their property. The form is on our website, BarquetaNiceHOA.com 
  8. All signs must be approved by the Board of Directors.
  9. Residents agree to maintain their properties in an aesthetically pleasing manner including the grounds between the fence and the street. We ask you to use environment friendly products.
  10. Trash pick-up is provided twice a week (3 bag limit). If you have more trash or cuttings, you'll have to make your own arrangements to dispose of it properly. Please place bags in a bin.
  11. If you hang laundry out, it should not be visible from the street. 
  12. You cannot solicit personal services from employees while they are on duty. 
  13. Panama takes their environment protection laws very seriously. Please respect all the natural beauty we enjoy and protect the fauna and flora. Do not remove or burn sea grass.
  14. All Residents are welcome to use the common areas. (Prior Board approval is required)
  15. Bicycles should be ridden on the street not the sidewalk. We ask that you require your help to do the same.
  16. Beach front residences are limited to two stories (See Rules of Construction).
  17. Any disputes or concerns should be brought to the Board of Directors or Manager.
