*** SPECIAL NOTE ***
There is a discrepancy between the English translation of the Rules of Use registered document.  The Spanish version of the Rules of Use states that the property should only be for a single family residence. 
 
"ARTICULO CUATRO: LA PROPIEDAD esta consitituida por lotes debidamente segregados sobre los cuales se construiran unidades de viviendas que seran usadas unica y exclusivamente como vivienda unifamiliar (en adelante denominadas LAS RESIDENCIAS) sobre las cuales se podra ejercer individualmente titulo de pleno dominio por pesonas naturales o juridicas (en adelante denominadas LOS PROPIETARIOS) ..... "
